Graduation timeline

Check your academic status on the student portal. Concerns to be raised o your HOD before 4th November 2024 (Closed)

Check the order and correctness of your names in the students’ portal and amend where necessary(Closed)

Graduands are required to visit their student portal and register for graduation. The gown fee is Ksh. 500.(Ongoing)

Graduation gowns are collected from your respective Head of Department, You will be expected to show your gate pass as evidence of payment of Gown and convocation fee before issuance of the gown.

Graduation rehearsal is on 5 December 2024 at 2:00pm.  All graduands expected to participate in the rehearsal.

The graduation ceremony will begin at 8:30am  on 6th December 2024. Graduands are expected to be seated by 8:00 am

Graduates can return the graduation gowns to their respective departments. A penalty of Shs 500 per day will be incurred for late returns
