About Us

In this era, Kenya is experiencing significant changes industrially, occupationally, socially, and economically. These changes are creating challenges for students, staff, and the entire KSTVET community. Rapid shifts in lifestyle have brought about societal issues such as domestic violence, divorce, self-harm, substance abuse, and sexual experimentation. These challenges are real and have a substantial impact on the personal, social, career, and academic development of students, staff, and the entire KSTVET community.

The college has developed a comprehensive guidance and counseling program as an integral part of its activities. This program addresses the needs of all by providing personal and social assistance to students, staff, and the entire KSTVET community, while also helping to create a positive and safe environment within the institution. Additionally, the program supports students in facing issues and resolving problems through activities such as support group meetings, workshops, seminars, and training sessions.
