KSTVET STRATEGY FOR INCOME GENERATION

Background Information

Enterprise Services is a department with the overall responsibility of initiating and overseeing enterprise activities in order to generate revenue for the college. This department will provide a conducive environment for the entire KSTVET fraternity to generate income.

 It is under the function of undertaking of Income Generating Activities through production, consultancy, and tailor made short courses, part-time courses, facility hiring and hospitality services to complement government grants and fees revenue that the Enterprise Department functions.

The Enterprise Department will coordinate all enterprise processes in the college and facilitate the creation of profitable business units in all college departments. The departments in the college have adopted appropriate cost recovery strategies coupled with integrated modern technology, creativity, quality procedures and customer focus to offer products and services that meet the needs of the target market.
